We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases as all products are custom made to order.

If the product received by you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, you have to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please share a message on  +91 99241 44757  to e-mail us at gifting@cutecraft.in with a photograph of the product as well as the original packaging. Upon approval, we will have the damaged item collected and replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
